As a result of the current International pandemic, being the COVID-19 virus – and the potential adverse health effects it poses for our citizens and community we are encouraging citizens to refrain from entering the building by calling in questions to our office and to pay their bills to us in some ways that lessens face to face contact:
* Utilize our online bill pay available on www.hawesville.us
* Calling in to pay over the phone @ (270) 927-8707
* Check and cash payments can be dropped in our secure 24-hour drop box located on the side of the building.
You may call in payments and questions between the hours of Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm. After hours water emergencies can be directed to (270) 922-1898.
