The City of Hawesville will no longer provide courtesy calls for past due water accounts. Water service will be shut off on the 26th of each month, unless this date falls on a weekend, in which case the shut-off will occur on the next working day.
If you would like to set up a payment plan to avoid the disconnection of service, please contact the office. It’s important to make your payment, as a $75.00 disconnection fee will be charged if your water is shut off. Thank you for your understanding.
